Answers about our dedicated servers, colocation, network and ordering process. Anything not covered here, ask us directly.
Bare metal dedicated servers in several configurations, each listed with its processor, memory, storage, uplink speed, monthly traffic allowance and monthly price. The current configurations and their availability are shown on the dedicated servers page.
Locations are selected during checkout. The countries where the IPv4 prefixes announced by AS208949 are registered are listed on the network page; the locations offered for a particular server configuration are the ones shown in its order form.
PayPal and cryptocurrency. Services are billed monthly in EUR. The payment method is chosen at checkout and the final amount is calculated and verified on our side before an order is marked paid.
After payment is confirmed, an account is created for you if you do not already have one and the service appears in the customer portal with a Pending status. A hostname and remote management address are assigned automatically. The service moves to Installing while the machine is built, and then to Active once it is ready to use.
Yes. While a service is Pending or Installing you can edit the automatically generated hostname and pick an operating system from the list in the portal. Once the service is Active you can reinstall it at any time, including from a custom ISO you upload.
A selection of Linux distributions is offered in the portal reinstall dialog. You can also supply your own installation media as an .iso file if the distribution or version you need is not listed.
Yes. Each dedicated server is assigned IPv4 addressing from our announced address space. The address is shown in the portal once the service has been provisioned.
IPv6 availability depends on the location and configuration. Where IPv6 is assigned to your service it is shown alongside the IPv4 details in the customer portal. If you require IPv6, confirm it with sales before ordering.
Yes. Dedicated servers include IPMI remote management. Power control, reboot, remote console and operating system reinstall are available from the customer portal once the service is Active.
Yes. DDoS protection is applied to dedicated servers and its state is shown on each service in the customer portal.
Uplink speeds from 1 Gbps up to 20 Gbps, selected when you configure the server. Each configuration includes a monthly traffic allowance, with 50 TB, 100 TB, 250 TB and unmetered options available.
We operate AS208949, a RIPE NCC-registered autonomous system with RPKI-signed routes. BGP sessions and announcement of your own address space are handled case by case — contact sales@hbing.uk with your ASN and prefixes.
Yes. Open a ticket in the customer portal or email sales@hbing.uk with the number of addresses you need and the justification for them. Additional addresses are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

A 14-day refund guarantee applies to monthly dedicated server and colocation services, subject to the exclusions set out in our Terms of Service. Cancellation and billing terms are also covered there.
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what may and may not be run on our network. Denial-of-service activity is prohibited without exception, and IP spoofing is permitted only inside an isolated laboratory built from address space and systems you are authorised to operate, where the traffic cannot reach any third party.
